What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard catalog items start at 2,000–3,000 pcs per SKU. Mixed-SKU trial orders with a lower combined threshold can be arranged for first-time buyers — ask us when you send your inquiry.
Can you produce a custom design or private-label packaging?
Yes. We handle custom handle molds, logo laser engraving, PVD color coating, and private-label gift box or blister packaging. Tooling costs and lead times vary by complexity — send us your design or reference image for a quote.
Do you provide samples before a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available for all catalog items and most custom specs. Sample cost and turnaround time depend on the item — we will confirm both when you request a sample.
What is your standard lead time?
Most orders ship 25–35 days after deposit and sample approval, depending on quantity and whether PVD coating or custom tooling is involved. We confirm an exact date on every order confirmation.
What shipping terms do you support?
We work with FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. If you do not have a freight forwarder, we can recommend one we regularly work with.
What certifications does your flatware meet?
Our standard product lines are tested to FDA and LFGB food-contact material standards, with SGS test reports available on request for most SKUs.
What steel grades do you work with?
18/10, 18/8, and 18/0 stainless steel are all standard options. We can recommend a grade based on your target price point and use case if you are not sure which to choose.
